Aurora is a digital Early Access macOS app. Because access is delivered digitally through a license key or purchase access, all sales are generally final once access has been issued.
Before purchasing, please make sure your Mac meets the stated system requirements and that you understand Aurora is currently in Early Access. This means bugs may happen, features may change, and performance may vary depending on your hardware, storage devices, card readers, file sizes, macOS version, and workflow.
Refunds may be considered in specific cases, including:
- duplicate payments;
- accidental purchases before a license key or access has been delivered;
- failure to deliver access within a reasonable time;
- critical issues that prevent Aurora from launching or being used at all on a supported macOS version;
- other exceptional cases reviewed individually.
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- unsupported macOS versions;
- unsupported devices;
- buyer’s remorse after access has been delivered;
- expected Early Access bugs that do not prevent the app from functioning entirely;
- performance differences caused by hardware, storage speed, card reader speed, file size, or system configuration;
- features that were not advertised or promised at the time of purchase.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
